Design my FIELDER’S Glove is available in sizes 11 to 13.5 inches!

Catcher’s Mitt

Design my CATCHER’S Mitt is available in sizes 32 inches and 34 inches.

Select from over 29 COLORS of quality leather and 2 POCKET/WEB styles.  

First Base Mitt

Design my FIRST BASE Mitt is available in sizes 11, 12, and 13 inches.

Building your custom glove takes time–usually six to eight weeks.

How long does it take to build a RISE glove?

Since our gloves are custom-designed, we build each one individually to ensure perfection. The process, from design to delivery, takes about eight weeks.

Can I add more than just my name and number?

You can add a slogan, multiple mascots, or logos/designs to your glove

How many Pocket styles do you offer?

We offer fourteen different styles of Pocket/Web designs.

What if my glove color doesn’t match the color on the computer screen?

While we have made every effort to ensure that the product images accurately represent the leather colors, variations in display settings and lighting conditions may affect how the colors appear on different screens

Can I change my glove design after I place the order?

Changes to your glove design can be made within a few days of placing the order. We review each order and may contact you if necessary.

Would you like to create a team glove?

We can create a product line for your team. You can choose your team’s colors, add your logo, and let your players create their glove within those parameters. The players can select their glove size, choose a pocket style, and add their name, number, and motto.

Important Information

Screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.  

We do our best to ensure that our photos are as true to color as possible. However, due to photographic lighting sources, inconsistencies of various monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product. Furthermore, every individual may see these colors differently. 

All products follow government and are stamped with Product of Mexico.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same NEW condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Robin@rise-haveacatch.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
