Our Return Policy

At Rise Have a Catch, we strive to ensure every customer is thrilled with their premium custom softball glove. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected, so we’ve outlined our return policy below to make the process clear and straightforward. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
 

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

  • Standard Items: Non-customized items (if available) may be returned if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of our custom Pro Series gloves (including custom colors, lacing, sizing, and personalization), we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Custom gloves are made to your specifications and typically ship within 4-6 weeks, so please double-check your design before finalizing.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If your glove arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the specifications you selected (e.g., wrong color or size due to our error), we will gladly accept a return or provide an exchange/replacement at no additional cost to you.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered.
  •  Sale or discounted items (marked as final sale).
  •  Personal hygiene-related accessories (if any are added in the future).
  •  Gifts or items purchased as part of a promotion where returns are explicitly excluded.
 

2. Return Time Frame

 

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible standard items.
  •  For defective or incorrect items (including customs), please contact us within **7 days** of delivery to report the issue. We may require photos or additional details to assess the claim.
 

3. Return Process

 
  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [support@rise-haveacatch.com] (or use the contact form on our website) with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We’ll review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  2. Ship the Item Back: Package the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship it to the return address we’ll provide (typically our warehouse in the USA).
  3. Inspection: Once received, we’ll inspect the item within 5-7 business days and notify you of the outcome.
 

 4. Refunds and Exchanges

 

  • Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method (minus any original shipping fees, if applicable). Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Custom order refunds for defects will include the full purchase price.
  • Exchanges: For eligible items, we offer exchanges for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability). If exchanging a custom item due to our error, we’ll remake it at no extra cost.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defect or incorrect item), in which case we’ll reimburse reasonable shipping expenses or provide a prepaid label.
 

5. International Returns

 

For customers outside the USA, the same policies apply, but you are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
