Custom Orders and Specifications
Because our softball gloves are custom-made to your specifications, the following terms apply to all orders:
- Accuracy of Information: You are entirely responsible for ensuring that all customizations (including but not limited to sizing, webbing, colors, leather type, and personalized embroidery) are selected correctly at the time of purchase.
- Order Modifications: Once an order for a custom glove is placed and production begins, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. If you need to change an order, you must contact us immediately at info@risehaveacatch.com, though we cannot guarantee changes can be accommodated.
- Color Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors of our leathers and materials as accurately as possible on the website. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will perfectly reflect the physical product.
Pricing and Payments
- All prices listed on rise-haveacatch.com are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- Full payment is required at the time the custom order is placed.
- We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without further notice. However, if you have already placed an order, the price at the time of checkout will be honored.
Shipping and Delivery (USA):
- We proudly ship our custom softball gloves to the United States.
- Production Time: Because each glove is made to order, please allow 3-5 weeks for the manufacturing of your custom product before it is shipped.
- Shipping Times: Once production is complete, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. RISE is not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or natural disasters.
- Import Taxes/Duties: All duties and taxes for US delivery are covered by RISE.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:
- Custom Products: Because our softball gloves are heavily customized to individual specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders for reasons of “change of mind” or incorrect selections made by the buyer.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If your glove arrives with a manufacturing defect, or if the final product significantly deviates from the custom specifications you submitted, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the defective item at our discretion.
